MONDAY: Mondays are busy for many of us. Keep spirits high by sending an email High Five. For Team Members without email access, give them a printed version—or a physical high five.
TUESDAY: At today’s team meeting, pass out customized certificates to your team to thank them for all their hard work.
WEDNESDAY: Who on your team truly stands out? Or, on whom do you depend through thick and thin? Nominate that person for the Spirit Award.
THURSDAY: Could your team use a refresher? Give ’em one by way of an ice cold bottle of water—don’t forget the customized label!
FRIDAY: What a week! Thank Team Members for their dedication with a handwritten thank you note.
SATURDAY: Who was a superstar this week? Who truly stood head and shoulders above the rest and exemplified our values? Sounds like you have a CEO Light & Warmth Award nominee!
