Meet Paula O’Neill, Executive Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton London – Tower of London. Paula worked her way up through six positions – from Junior Sous Chef to Executive Chef – developing her own style in the kitchen. Paula fell in love with hospitality at age 17 when she saw the happiness that it could bring to guests – and she never looked back. What Paula appreciates about Hilton is that “as a company we strive to take care of our people,” whether it is through mentorship or providing the best service for guests.
