I also think it’s important when expressing thanks to explain specifically what we are thanking that Team Member for, to move on from the generic “thank you for all that you do” to “Thank you, Jaime, for taking the time and practicing patience in reviewing guest room options with Mr. & Mrs. Kelly so that they were able to have the perfect accommodation for their stay!”
