“Radical Hospitality” Calls for Special Radical Recognition.

We have had great success with Catch Me at My Best this summer that we are extending a similar reward and recognition program throughout the year. With the Catch Me program, each associate not only received a certificate and a caught goodie, but the associates that had the top three highest catches received a gift certificate to a local restaurant along with a caught T-shirt. We did this weekly. For the remainder of the year, we will have a similar program for those associates who exhibit “Radical Hospitality” as identified by our guests. “Radical Hospitality” is out-of-the-box resolutions. These resolutions do not require manager approval. They are spontaneous interactions with our guests to further “WOW” their stay. The prizes will be weekly, with celebratory parties intertwined throughout the year.
