Achieving Outstanding Q/A Evaluations With the Help of a “100% Club.”

We review our SALT scores on a weekly basis and each time that a Department achieves a 100% line, they become a member of the 100% club. Once the month has closed, the Department that maintains 100% for the longest period of the month is issued the Outstanding Contributor Medal. We use the same recognition for rooms inspected on the daily PM MOD shift; a 100% scored room is issued a note and small recognition from Hotel Manager. I am confident these initiatives have contributed to our Outstanding Q/A Evaluations.
