100% Sell Out Competition at Hampton Inn Cleveland-Solon, OH.

Front Desk contest: 100% sell out . I put the calendar in the Back Office to track occupancy. Every morning, I put the percentage of sold out rooms. For each 100% sold out night, each person that worked that day – first shift, second shift, and night audit, will get $5 gift card. In the end of the month, I check how much I can give in gift cards. I posted the flyer with a few choices. It works well and helps us sell the last room!
