To reinforce the brand standards and departmental standard operating procedures, a 15-minute daily training is introduced in all departments.
The sessions are conducted by the departmental trainer or the shift supervisor and all team members participate in this daily huddles. This acitivity ensures the team is energied and skills are brushed up. Wednesdays are dedicated to Mastering the art of service weekly huddles.
