We try to avoid low marks by making sure guests who have issues still leave happy. We created a “CRM Box” with a variety of wines, gourmet chocolates, and certificates for complimentary movies, beverages, suite shop and bar drinks, to offer to our guests when the occasion arises and help us WOW guests and rectify problems.
