Rolling out the red carpet: Award a fellow Team Member’s strengths, accomplishments, and contributions!

And the nominees are:
•#1: Have each Team Member write their name on a piece of paper and fold it in half.
•#2: Collect the names and place them in a medium container.
•#3: Have everyone pull a name from the container.

Drum roll please: Take a moment to identify an award for the Team Member you’ve selected. Be creative and keep it fun!
