A Fun Interdepartmental Competition: Cooking Lunch!

Interdepartmental Competition at Santushti
(First participant – Human Resources)

To pep up team morale and rediscover the new culinary experience in our cafeteria at Santushti, the “Interdepartmental competition at Santushti” was organized.

Each department had to:
1. Plan a themed lunch
2. Take lead with the kitchen team in food preparation
3. Serve the food in Santushti

The first challenge was won by the Human Resources department, where they demonstrated their Blue Energy through innovative ideas with their theme: Street Food. Various props like a decorated pitcher (matka), a vegetable vendor with a push cart, Bollywood posters, and flowers were used for décor. Besides the roadside food, like Pao Bhaji and Chole Bhature, Beetroot station was organized for the Team Members to relish their lunch. The team had a great time and enjoyed the real flavor of street food.
