Our breakfast food delivery was unable to make it in our parking lot one snowy day last winter. The driver was less than helpful, and told my staff that if we wanted it, we had better come get it. He parked his truck on the service road outside our hotel, and my staff members (Joe, Savannah, Amanda, and Alberto) made a human conveyor belt to bring the food in. I was most impressed. They could have just as easily refused the order, but they froze out in the snow and ice to make sure each piece made it in.
