A Personal Note Makes Getting “Caught” More Special.

We strongly promote the Catch Me at My Best Program because we love to recognize our employees for the great jobs they do! We read the catch me cards to the employees at our weekly team meeting–they love to hear their name mentioned. We post the cards on the CARE board and in the departments.

Something I, the GM, really like to do is send a thank you note to the homes of the employees mentioned for great service with a copy of the card–especially if it is a back of the house employee or someone or a position that does not often receive praise. This type of personal touch makes the employees very proud of their accomplishments.
