A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words.

Pictures always stand out! My idea is to take a team photo in front of our hotel, every 6- to 12-months. I like to start the new year with a memory by recognizing the team! By hanging the picture in the hotel, it shows the customers that stay with us the success of leadership and our team members at the hotel! It’s a great communication piece between staff members and guests! It’s very low cost – one picture and one frame. And it’s an awesome photo!
