A Recognition Celebration That Really Takes the Cake.

We recently received 100% Cleanliness in the guestrooms portion of our QA evaluation! We created a special thank you event for our Housekeeping team in recognition of their hard work. Our event included fresh carne asada tacos and three delicious green cakes make by our culinary team (to celebrate that we made the Green on the BSC!). In addition, we recognized each of the housekeepers who had cleaned the rooms chosen at random by our QA Auditor that day with a framed certificate of excellence and a $25 gift card. It was a perfect opportunity to share our accomplishments with the team and reinforce how important their contributions are to the team’s success!
