A Simple and Effective Catch Me Recognition Process.

We have steps in place to make sure each Catch isn’t lost in the celebration/recognition process. Each Catch is given to the GM…he sends a thank you email to the guest that wrote it…then he (I) make comments on the card and put it in the NA box…they in turn put it in the next days OPOG…from there we read and decide what action beyound this will take place. If nothing additional is needed then we post in the back hallway and discard after 30 days (or give it to the associate).
