I work for the Doubletree Hotel in Chattanooga TN. Every week I make a poster for the Housekeeping department that has their average time it takes to clean each room listed on it daily. At the end of the week I tally up all the daily times and get a weekly average for each team member. Who ever has the lowest time and still was able to meet room requirements wins $25.00. The girls LOVE this program and they like the fact that they can win something each week. This program has also virtually cut out overtime because each one is trying to win the prize money. And, it is something that gives them ongoing weekly recognition for a job well done.
