A Special Breakfast Attendant Dresses “In Character” For the Holidays.

Below are some pictures of our weekend Breakfast Attendant, Juanita Chambers. Since she works on the weekends she always encounters many children during the course of her work day. Over the Halloween and Christmas holidays, she dressed “in character” for the kids in the hotel.

For Halloween, she had her pockets stuffed with candy. As she proceeded through her normal day of cleaning and stocking, children would come up to her and say “trick or treat” for candy. Everyone in the breakfast area also got a kick out of her doing her best witch impression as she rode around the lobby on her broom as she tidied up the place.

For Christmas she had chocolate covered peppermint sticks in her pocket. It was fantastic to watch all of our young Hampton travelers come up to her and say, “Mrs. Clause, can I have another peppermint stick”? What a great impression she made on each of the children she encountered. Do you think she exceeded their expectations for breakfast? 🙂

Juanita did all of this on her own. I truly appreciate her showing her Hamptonality while taking care of our future Diamond HHonors members.
