Always at Our Best in Hot ‘Lanta!

Our entire team got involved, from the Director of Sales to Front Desk. Everyday we had events scheduled that centered around housekeeping, showing them just how important they are to the running of the hotel and guest overall satisfaction. We even went as far a having our DOS clean floor grout! Now thats team work.

A luncheon was given with food dishes that represented a wide range of nationalities. Prizes were given out for the best room. “Hide and seek” was use to show how important those little things are in our rooms that can impact a guest stay if they are missing.

We also learned a new Friday dance that we do every Friday to bid farewell to guests when they leave our property to return home. The staff and guests had a great time with that!
