An Extension of Catch Me at My Best

As an extension of the “Catch Me at My Best” program, we added the story of the “FISH” business and continued an incentive program for the year. Team Members were asked to Catch each other doing great things for guests or each other by turning in “Fish” on each other. The Team Member who caught another Team Member received credit for the catch, as well as the one being caught. The points were given for assisting or training, special guest care and hospitalilty, or coming in on a scheduled day off if called. Points were also given for perfect attendance each quarter. These points could be used to off-set tardies or call-outs for a sick day when evaluation time came around. In addition, a prize was given to the biggest catch each quarter.
