Another Feather in the Cap for Hilton New Delhi / Janakpuri Team!

Hemant Aswal of Bakery won the Bronze Medal in Culinary Art India 2011 contest. The contest was on National level and involved chefs from all over India, competing on an internationally modeled platform. He displayed 8 varieties of Petits Fours. Assembly and set up needed to be executed in within a time limit of 1 Hour.

We are proud of Hemant for his efforts, hard work, and dedication to the culinary art.
