Our Executive Chef and Pastry Team prepared a special and lovely gingerbread house for the new year period at the begining of December. Building the house took 2 weeks and it was created with cookies, macarons,chocolate, sugar and the white of an egg. The dimensions were 2.80(height)x 2.50(Width). It is possible to see outstanding use of some materials in this house as 100 kilogram flour, 8 kilogram honey, 1,5 kilogram cinnamon etc. Big Ginderbread house was located in the middle of the lobby and all our guests can see also children have fun with it during the december. We have received many positive comments and congratulations with this savoury house.
