By using our CRM each day, if we see we have an award stay guest, we not only try to upgrade that guest to the best possible room, but we also sign and send a thank you letter to their room, thanking them for choosing our hotel for their award stay. In addition, we send up a tin of the Doubletree Cookies as an added token of our apprecition. They love it!
