Team Members and their managers got a chance to freely share ideas with one another by swapping places for a day.
The idea behind trading places was to help Team Members and managers better understand and appreciate the challenges of the other individual. And it was undoubtedly a fun exercise to actually step into someone else’s shoes for a day.
Both sides also exchanged their attire/uniforms. Team Members who became bosses also attended the morning meeting, in place of their bosses.
