Recognizing Brandon Wellbrock, Spirit of Hampton Winner, May 2010
Recently, a Gold Member guest notified the front desk that the airlines lost his luggage and would be delivering it the next day. However, the luggage that showed up the next day belonged to a guest staying at the Hampton Inn Santa Clarita, and, you’ve guessed it, the Gold Member’s luggage was at the other Hampton. The airline informed the guests that it would be a few days before they got everything straightened out.
Brandon Wellbrock, our AGM, heard about the situation and decided to take the matter into his own hands. Without hesitation, Brandon assured Mr. Quintero that everything would be okay. He drove 75 miles each way to make the luggage switch and make things right. Talk about being a Hampton Moment Maker!
