Catch On to Peer Recognition.

Catch Me at My Best is in full swing. We all know that Catch Me is a powerful guest-to-Team-Member recognition program, but did you know that recognition can be even more special when it comes from your peers?

Think about it. Hospitality is the focus of everything we do, and as the saying goes, “It’s better to give than to receive.”

Just ask housekeeper and Spirit Award winner Carrie Gorham. She caught nearly 500 Team Members during Catch Me last year. Her passion for recognizing her co-workers accounted for more than half of the total catches made at her hotel!

Carrie’s efforts made her peers feel valued and embodied the spirit of Catch Me at My Best®. She took the time to say “thank you” and recognize all the acts of hospitality, large and small, that make our hotels special.

Take a cue from Carrie and encourage your Team Members to catch their peers. And make sure to recognize your Catch Me champions (both those who receive and make catches) with a Spirit Award nomination.
