Fantastic F&B Celebration Week – Day 1!

On the occasion of the F&B International Week, our colleagues planned for an extensive program filled with fruitful interactions with Guests, Team Members, and the environment, always with the collaboration of Blue Energy! Our first day was marked by switching roles among the Front of the House and Back of the House F&B team. Our expert chefs wore proper suits and served our Guests, while all the rest of the team headed to the kitchen to cook! It was a memorable experience for all the team, as well as our Guests who hadan amazing dining experience taking part of this event and living the joy and warmth of Hilton hospitality!

Competition Day for F&B Week – Day 2!

Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand and Hilton Beirut Metropolitan Palace had an exciting competition day for who can prepare the BEST “Tabboule” and the BEST Cocktail. The game could not get any more thrilling! With the kind participation of our GM and HR Director, we all shared valuable information and Make it Right Best Practices.

We finally had 2 winners! Elie Hamzo for making the best Tabboule, and Raouf Rouphael for making the best cocktail. Chocolate bags and cookies were shared among the team with lots of fun and appreciation!

Who Collects More Oranges for F&B Week – Day 3!

Hilton has kicked off the third day of F&B’s International Week in Beirut with an attempt to collect the most oranges. Although the competition occurred on an individual level, HILTON’s spirit of dedication, collaboration, and teamwork provided the team with a delightful, exciting experience.

It is worth noting that all the collected oranges will be used to create a themed section at the Hilton’s signature breakfast.

Environmental Day for F&B – Day 4!

Hilton’s F&B International Week could not proceed in Beirut without dedicating a very special day to planting rosemary, thyme, basil, and other kinds of plants in the pool bar area! It was a very interactive activity that let us deal freely with nature and let go all the challenges of the daily tasks and hassles of work. Hand in hand, we planted at Hilton and took part in making our property a GREENER place to live. Our environmental day was marked by a special lunch at Venezia restaurant with the entire F&B team, and finished with a special cake.

 Distributing Certificates to F&B – Day 5!

The fifth day of our F&B Week was actually dedicated to appreciation, praise, and admiration for the hard work of the F&B team, who spends quality time in producing culinary delights for our Guests, and delivering all meals to them with the highest standards of service. Thank you to a team who strives to Make it Happen and Make it Right! All winning Team Members were awarded the respective certificates, given by the F&B Manager and the Management team.

Cupcakes & Certificates Day For F&B – Day 6!


F&B Week came to an end at Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand and Hilton Beirut Metropolitan Palace with a THANK YOU Day for every department at the hotel whose TMs contributed to the event’s success. Cupcakes and certificates were distributed and given; souvenir photos were taken to commemorate this yearly event, which involves a major part of our internal as well as external environment
