Celebrating Our New Spirit of Blue Energy Winner!

Celebrations began with the call from Gisbert to our General Manager. He congratulated Lalit personally and appreciated his integrity. Lalit was on top of the world after the conversation. Lalit was awarded a certificate and a cash prize. He was so touched and thanked the Hilton Worldwide Team, the hotel team, and his Team Members for all their support and gratitude.

Lalit Finds a Wallet and a Guest Becomes a Fan.

Lalit found a wallet with over $1,000 dollars in the room of a departing guest and immediately turned it in. The guest was so impressed that he came back for an extra night just to meet Lalit. The guest and his associates gave Lalit a standing ovation, and even put a photo of him on his Facebook page! The Sales team had been working hard to earn this guest’s corporate business, and Lalit’s actions were a major factor in earning that business.
