For Valentine’s Day, we placed a bag with heart-shaped candies in the pigeon holes of all our F&B TMs with the following note: ‘We LOVE your hard work and commitment! Your secret admirers ;)’ Just to let our Team know we really appreciate all their daily efforts for our department and hotel!
