Recently, 10 of our chefs participated in a culinary competition. The cuisine categories were Indian, Continental, Chinese, and pastry. Our Chefs were gung-ho to get started and gave a new meaning to the word “innovation.”
The chefs unleashed their creativity at a Chef Competition at New Delhi / Janakpuri Hotel, India! The competition was tough, and the judges had a hard time choosing the best dish as they looked for innovation, presentation, and taste.
Our Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage looked for an opportunity to introduce a dish from the competition into our outlet menus.
