Concierge, Drivers, Bell Team Month: Recognizing our Hotel’s Key Players.

Sunshine spread its beaming light as morning shifters got up with the birds. As October turned its final page to welcome a new month, the dynamic Concierge team fulfilled many requests, thousands of conversations, and finished a 31 day journey with the warmth of hospitality.

October is a dedicated month for Drivers, Valet, Concierge, and Bell Team. It is an ultimate time to celebrate their stories and excellent service at the hotel. Recognition Matters had a full swing in recognizing HW team driven to serve for success. Their Team is composed of more than 30 members, led by the Head Concierge ,James Cherian. At the last General Manager’s meeting, they received their Spirit of Hilton nomination Certificate.

Since October 1, 2000, HDJ has had a long, outstanding, and world-renowned hospitality service in the region. Noteworthy to mention are past accolades (highlighted in the HDJ Facebook Timeline.) We received our triumphant victory as Concierge Team Members won Best Knowledge of Attractions and Events Award and Most Friendly CONCIERGE. Our hotel provides the perfect base from which to explore all that Dubai has to offer, an emirate of UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.

Truly, Hilton is the heart of Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residences. It is very a dynamic world. Dubai is a map that keeps updating every day. Our Concierge Team are updated, well-trained and equipped according to the demands of the changing world.

October 2012 was the busiest and EID Holiday in Dubai. Splendid fireworks, 24- hour shopping malls and jewelery promotions, hotel packages and several international concerts contribute towards making ‘Eid in Dubai’ a memorable time of the year. The cosmopolitan city hosts over 200 nationalities that coexist in exceptional harmony. Despite different orientations and cultural backgrounds, residents and 1.5 million expected visitors in Dubai come together to share joyous moments last OCTOBER 25, 26, and 27. Our hotel guests and Team Members had loads of excitement and experiences over the past few weeks. Holiday season had peaked out from the summerdays while the CONCIERGE Team had their Blue Energy spirit up.

This blog post is intended to recognize our most distinguished Team Members from the Concierge,Valet, and Bell Team.They played very crucial and important role in building TEAMWORK to ensure every guests feels cared for, valued, and respected. Our Brand promise relies on this amazing TEAM. They are the first conversations and the welcoming hospitality sensed when a guest arrived. Guests stepped in to the hotel with warm smiles and greetings from staff consistent all throughout their stay. First leisure booking, first questions, first anticipation, first assistance, first priority, and first love (H.E.A.R.T). And until they walked out and leave Dubai with all the fondest memories and stories, the CONCIERGE team finally reserved to bid GOODBYE and importantly recommend a repeat business to all guests.

As hotel sliding door opens and closes, HILTON MOMENTS comes and leaves. A million thanks to all in behalf of the million guests of Hilton Dubai Jumeirah to its Team Members. Kudos for spreading the Light and Warmth of Hospitality.
