Louree is known for having the confidence and poise of a politician. She has a boisterous voice and welcoming demeanor, remembering guests’ names, stories, history with the hotel, and their smallest preferences. She treats guests like they’re old friends instead of customers, making their stay not just personal, but personable. Guests write in that “the hotel’s customer service is personified by Louree.” She is specially requested when companies schedule meetings at the hotel because her service is famous!

Specific examples that show Louree’s commitment to the Hilton Worldwide values:
Louree has invested her life into the business of pleasing guests. She has driven a worried mother to the local grocery store to buy diapers and taken a grandmother shopping at the outlet malls who didn’t feel capable of going to Disney with her family. She does it all with a selfless attitude. She’s best known for her uncanny ability to remember names, shocking everyone when a hotel guest once bet her that she couldn’t remember all the Timkin Company conference attendees names. He offered $1 a name and $2 for each guest that left the conference early. Not only did she get every name right, but made comments like “you don’t like cheese on your burger,” and “you prefer sweet tea.” When she finished, people were crying and applauding. Louree has won numerous awards and accolades including the Employee of the Month award, three Employee of the Year awards, two Central Florida Hotel/Motel Association Employee of the Year awards, two Spirit Awards, and one Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association Employee of the Year award. The hotel estimates that 95% of their meeting groups rebook at the hotel solely based on the service they receive from Louree.
