Cooking Up Some Fun With a Potluck and Special Prizes.

We throw a Potluck Lunch with a twist: We offer prizes for the best three dishes. Everyone signs up to bring his or her favorite dish. We provide the drinks and more. Everyone is really impressed with the team’s cooking skills! We also hold a Mexican fiesta. We play festive music and serve chips and a variety of salsas and horchata. A flavorful lunch is served. At the end, we hang a piñata stuffed with candy and small gifts.

I plan to use this idea, however employees will create a potluck dish from their own nationality, and I plan to invite the other departments to sample the goodies. We are a close team and I like to have everyone take part, to keep the teamwork going.
