Creative Get Well Soon Care Packages at Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, SC.

Every winter many travelers have encounters with the common cold. Here at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort we wanted to help our guest and show we care using the power of Blue Energy. The guest relations subcommittee has put together a “get well soon” care package. The package comes in a coffee mug and includes tissues, Herbal tea, hand sanitizer, cough drops, and either oatmeal or hot soup packs.

Since the rollout this care package our team members have been empowered to show guest that we care, by notifying either a member of management or the front desk team when they come across a guest who seems to be feeling “under the weather”. The guest is then offered the care package as a way of saying “We Care” and we want to help you feel better. We have received a lot of positive feedback from the guest. They really feel that we care about them and feel the power of Blue Energy.
