Customer Service Training at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah.

Last Sunday, our L&D and Guest Relations Team hosted Customer Service Training for 37 female Emirati students of the Business Faculty Higher Colleges of Technology in Ras Al Khaimah.

Afterwards, students had the chance to take a tour of the breathtaking Waldorf Astoria, and gain insight of the rooms. We look forward to meeting the students of the HCT again at our career fair very soon, and to strengthening the tie between the Hilton Worldwide Hotels in Ras Al Khaimah and our local community!
