Repainting Our Team Area, and Spreading the Light and Warmth of Hospitality.

We got this idea from the Reservations Center in Tampa. We noticed that the entire call center was painted with Hilton Brand Colors; quotes from Conrad decorate the walls, along with plaques in specific areas for employees of the month, Spirit Award Winners, and other recognition initiatives as well as Hilton Family Flags hanging on the walls. We thought this was a great idea and asked ourselves how we could do that at our hotel.

We are in the process of re-painting our back access hall way with Hilton Colors, we are going to have a designated area for each department, as well as an area for team member of the month certificates, spirit award winners, our SALT Shaker Rewards recognition program, and small reminders of what we need to do spread the light and warmth of Hospitality. We are going to put a mirror on the door leading into the public space and a quote asking “Do you have your game face on? We will also have an area for our Community Involvement with pictures of our BIKE program and Sponsored Little League Teams. We think this will be a small reminder of who we are and what we are here to do. The Team members are looking forward to helping us get finished. We will submit pictures as soon as this is done.
