Benson Liu is a Laundry Attendant. He is very responsible. He has a good work performance and is very hardworking. He is a strong contributor at work, is very modest, abides by the rules and regulation, is hospitable to colleagues, and he is willing to learn from others.

As a Laundry Attendant, he is versatile. He can do all of work in laundry, like guest laundry, washing, dry cleaning, and ironing. His specialty is sewing. Once, he went to guest room to get the laundry that guest wanted to over lock the new trousers. He knew that material would easily shrink, and suggested that they wash it first, and then over lock, so this would not happen. The guest thanked him, and said he is very professional.

Recently, when occupancy was high, and we needed a large quantity of bed sheets and duvet covers, he worked day and night, without words. F&B need Qipao, he also worked overtime, until the work was done. When a guest had express laundry at night, and needed it back by 7:00am the following morning, he went to hotel at 05:00am, to wash the laundry and meet the guest’s requirement.
