How Full Is Your Bucket? A Great Peer Recognition Idea from Boca Raton Resort and Club, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, FL.

Catch Me at My Best may be ending on August 31, but that doesn’t mean the peer recognition should stop. Tricia Holfelder and Betsy Lopez of Boca Raton Resort and Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, FL, plan to implement the following idea at the end of Catch Me.

“We’re working on a ‘Put a Drop in Someone’s Bucket’ board to carry Team BOCA forward after Catch Me and keep morale high all year. The board is inspired by the motivational book ‘How Full is your Bucket?’ The board is located at the Team Member entrance. Team Members will be able to write on drops any assistance they received from a Team Member, a positive SALT comment, or any positive TripAdvisor post. The drops will be added to the bucket board.”

Take a pointer from Tricia and Betsy. Peer recognition shouldn’t be limited the three months a year. Share how you’re keeping the spirit of Catch Me alive at your hotel in the comments below.
