Getting to Know Our HHonors Guests WIth a Trivia Question!

HHonors check-ins are usually quick and easy and doesn’t involve a lot of face time with the guest since they are usually travelers who just want to get in and get to their room. So, this idea actually came from a collegue I met at a Make A Difference Rally, but has come in handy when creating more of a relationship with our valued guests. When creating your HHonors Welcome Letter, add a Trivia Question that makes the guest call or come down to the desk for the answer. The guest gets excited to see if they have the right answer, and this also gives the Front Desk a chance to interact with the guest and ask how their stay is going. Have a small prize ready for guests with the right answer! A small bag of mini candies or a coupon for snacks in the gift shop is a small way of making a guest really feel special. Hope it comes in handy!
