Getting to Know Our Co-Workers!

Every quarter we have a themed team member meeting. This quarter our theme was “Getting to Know You.” We devised a questionaire which consisted of about 20 questions and had each team member fill it out. At the meeting we randomly picked a questionaire and read one answer from it from the questions we had given. The person whose question we picked had to stand up and introduce themselves and tell us three more things about themselves.

We also played several other “Getting to Know You Games” and everyone seemed to enjoy it. After the meeting, I took all the questionnaires that everyone had filled out and arranged them on the bulletin board in the employee break room so everyone could continue to get to each other.

It’s really amazing how much you don’t know about your co-workers even though you are with them 40 hours a week!
