Guest of the Week, Month and Year!

We have an excellent team at our hotel and everyone goes above and beyond to please our guests. This year we decided to implement a “Guest of the Day”, “Guest of the Month”, and “Guest of the Year” award.

We purchased a fish bowl and each morning after rooms are assigned each guests name for arrival that day is placed in the fish bowl and one name is randomly selected. A special card and extra special treats will be placed in their room before arrival. We keep track of the winners names in a binder.

At the end of the month each of the “Guest of the Day” winners names will be placed back in the fish bowl for a random drawing of “Guest of the Month”. This winner will receive a $10 gift certificate for a local restaurant and will be presented to him before check out or mailed accordingly with a congratulations card.

At the end of the year the 12 “Guest of the month” winners will once again be placed in the fish bowl and one lucky winner will be randomly selected to receive a gift certificate for one free night at our hotel in a King Whirlpool Suite and dinner for two. So far we are really having fun with this and guests are most appreciative!l
