Extending a Helping Hand to a Child in Need.

We first met Aman on Cancer Rose Day last year at our hotel, at the lunch organized for children from Cancer Patients Aid Association. The seven year old bubbly kid stood on a chair and confidently recited a poem, and laughed and played with the other kids. But each day is a battle for life and according to doctors the hope for his survival is slim unless he gets timely treatment.

The “Have a Heart Campaign” for Aman was started at Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket to collect the 2 lakh rupees needed for his chemotherapy treatment. We created an awareness for Aman at Hilton Worldwide level and good wishes and help poured in from there as well in form of a whopping contribution from Mr. Martin Rinck himself and from the rest of Hilton Worldwide. It was heartening and inspiring to see the magnanimous response and so many willing friends extending a helping hand for this cause. The donation cheques were presented to the representatives of Cancer Patients Aid Association (CPAA) by Mr. Martin Rinck during his recent visit to the hotel.

We hope for a speedy recovery and a beautiful future for our young friend – wishes coming straight from the Heart of the Garden!
