20th October, International Chefs Day is a special day for our us at HGI-Saket, meant to recognize the team which works in the Culinary profession and an opportunity for us to give back to them for all the flavors they add to our experience. Whether it is cooking up a storm in the kitchen, inventing new flavours and whipping up delectable dishes to satisfy our tastes, their presence is all over.
When the clock struck 4 in the evening at Hilton Garden Inn Saket, we witnessed all team members inviting and serving the chefs and recognizing them for their efforts and skills at the special High Tea session planned for the day. Monisha Dewan our General Manager commended the spirited cuisines team for their passion, energy and innovativeness. Our chefs lead by their enthusiastic leader, our Executive Chef – RAJAT TULI, don’t just hide in the kitchen behind the stoves, but they make a difference in people’s life through their love for culinary arts
Also, Ajay Gupta a differently-abled youth associated with us in Kitchen Stewarding completed one year with us recently and the entire credit for making this noble association so successful goes to the support and determination of the Cuisines Team.
A creative trophy and certificate was presented to the enthusiastic young chefs and a surprise was planned wherein the General Manager and Operations Head with the HR team cooked a sweet delicacy for the chefs! To conclude, the tinkle in their eyes and the smiles said it all for the chefs.
