Hilton Namhae, South Korea Recognizes Team Members with a Summer Festival Party!

From middle of July to end of August Hilton Namhae was in its operational peak! The summer season in Korea is a very active and hot season and makes Korean traveling and celebrating there holiday. It is then when Hilton Namhae is at its peak and the team working at full power day by day and very often even canceling their days off!

On September 9 a summer festival party was held at the resort. A recognition party for the team. A party to thank everybody for their efforts, their commitment and their hard work to make the month of August 2010, the month with the highest occupancy and the highest revenue achieved since opening of the resort almost 4 years ago. Reason enough for GM Stefano Ruzza to throw this thank you summer festival party for the team!

Hilton Namhae offers various activities for guests during the summer season. All those activities were made available to the team as of 6pm on September 9. So the team was split into car racing, golf patting, ping pong, badminton competitions and in the end into balloon throwing where various Department heads offered them selves as targets in return of their pressure given to the team during the busy time….

The day was concluded with a great buffet prepared by the culinary team. A lot of Karaoke and Korean style drinking and cheering made the event a memorable thank you party for the team.

Experiencing the fun by themselves makes it easier to understand the activities and the enjoyment that guest have when participating at the event.
