On Thursday, we contined our week of fun, we enjoyed homemade Salsa by the housekeeping department. Our Sales Team and Mr. Simpson judged the contest. The winner was Tim O’Toole who does his part as a houseman. His prize was a new Food Processor so he can continue to provide us with many tasty delights.

Also we had our final day of Inspection Poker, the employees recieved cards depending on their inspection scores. We had some very good hands. but Delores Diaz had a winning hand of 4-Kings, shown with Executive Housekeeper, Melanie Sledden with her gift.
