Lots of Personal Appreciation From the GM.

We celebrated all week:

Monday – We decorated the guest services and break room with happy face balloons and banners. The GM delivered happy face balloons with drinks and snacks to every Housekeeper/Laundry team member.
Tuesday – We set up continental breakfast in break room for HK/L mid-morning break with a thank you from GM during snack.
Wednesday – We delivered small pots of flowering plants to each HK/L person along with personal note from GM thanking their hard work.
Thursday – We celebrated at our monthly Hotel Meeting with a special catered lunch, new team members given special jeweled Housekeeping pins and the team got to wear the Celebration T-Shirts that each were given to celebrate their week.
Friday – HK/L staff got to wear HK/L t shirts as their uniform tops, received drinks and candy from GM their mailboxes. Then we had silly Fun & Games under the portico of tossing hula hoops over a “volunteer” teammate to win a Hampton Webkinz!

Lots of food, fun and recognition to make our hardest workers feel appreciated!
