Sam Claude, Director of Operations and Rebeca Ocana, Assistant Housekeeping Manager started the week on Sunday morning before their shift started by serving our Housekeeping team sweet pastries with coffee. Sam thanked all of the housekeeping team for a great job they do all year round.
Monday – Our GM Eric Bates and the Executive Committee served ice cream sundaes to all the Housekeeping team in the employee’s cafeteria.
Tuesday – Care Committee delivered bottle water with a Thank You note from the GM and a $10 gift card.
Wednesday – Executive Committee set up a nice Appetizer Buffet and picked up dirty dishes from the Housekeeping Team.
Thursday – Special Lunch Buffet self served in our Employee’s Cafeteria and our GM was there with the Housekeeping team having lunch with them.
Friday – The Accounting Department stuffed Tote bags with lots of snacks and a thank you note and our GM with the Director of Finances and Director of Operations delivered the tote bags to every single floor where our housekeeping team were working.
Saturday – We finished the week with a personalized certificate of recognition and a personalized chocolate bar.
Our Housekeeping Team felt appreciated and important at the same time.
