How Does Hampton Inn & Suites Wichita-Northeast Recognize Different Departments?

How do we recognize other departments?

Front Desk, Maintenance and Breakfast Host: Whenever we get back a salt survey and the guest recognize the employee that went out of their way by name, we reward them with a gift card.

Housekeeping: The housekeeping inspector marks down on a calendar the items that are missed in a room during the inspection of the clean room. The housekeeper that misses the least is rewarded a prize at the end of the month and is also the housekeeper of the month.

All Team Members: the team member that writes up with the most maintenance repair orders in a month will receive a prize. This will help keep the building looking its best.
