Here’s Brandon’s story: Recently, a guest checked in who had been lost for two hours before finding her way to the hotel. After that experience, the guest was very leery about driving to meet her clients, who were located 20 miles away. Realizing her discomfort, Brandon connected with this guest by offering to be her navigator the next day. He actually rode with the guest, making sure that she got to the client… and then back to the hotel… and then to the airport. That’s just one example of Brandon’s commitment to making sure guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. Thanks, Brandon, for taking Hamptonality to new heights!
