“I was pleasantly surprised of our overall stay. I was very happy with our shuttle driver during our stay there to celebrate my sons 4th birthday at Disneyland. He had a surprise waiting in the room for him for his birthday and he was so happy and
surprised when he saw it the next morning because he fell asleep on the ride back to the hotel from Disneyland. Me and my husband were also very satisfied with the complimentary breakfast, it was well worth the stay for me because usually
its a free continental breakfast with some nasty previously frozen danishes and old bagels with sugar free juice and milk. We loved the whole setup of the hotel, this was our first time staying at an Embassy Suites. The pond with the koi and
turtles was great, my son enjoyed it a lot. And last but not least, we all enjoyed the indoor pool.”

“It was really nice of a fellow who worked there to offer to take me to the store (I think his name was Stanley, but I’m not sure.)”

“Your shuttle drivers were excellent! They were so friendly and went out of their way to help smooth our way. (We were celebrating our 50th anniversary with our family.) We did have a wonderful time and as I said your shuttle drivers went so far out of their way to help us, Anna, Ray and Stan. We even had a sing-a-long with Ray. They seemed like new friends and I hope to encounter them again.”

“Although there was construction going on in the atrium, this was one of the better hotels I’ve visited. I travel for work 47 weeks out of the year so, I stay in quite a few hotels. This hotel stay was a pleasure. The area was convenient and safe, right off a freeway but near a residential neighborhood. The complimentary breakfast every morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The workout room was perfect and hardly used by other guests. It was like my own personal workout room. The room was huge! It felt like living in an apartment for the works I was at the Embassy Suites. Plus, it was spotless. This was a hotel stay that I wished wouldn’t end.”
