Rewarding Room Attendant “Quality and Consistency.”

Our Housekeeping Manager keeps a note of the individual SALT scores for all of our housekeeping team. The Room Attendant with the best average overall score for the year was rewarded with a $100 gift voucher and a certificate for “quality and consistency”.

I am guessing with each survey turned in, you check to see who had cleaned the room the day of arrival and if more than 1 day who cleaned it as an occupied and document the score 10,9,8 etc by the HK name
